About the Role:
As a CBRE Data Center Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing change management strategies, managing transaction activities, and driving change programs for business transformation within a department or business line..
This job is part of the Critical and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for technical maintenance services in critical client environments.
What you will do:
- Coordinate and schedule operational and infrastructure changes within the data center to ensure minimal risk and disruption.
- Act as the primary point of contact for change-related communication with operations teams, engineers, vendors, and customers.
- Maintain accurate change records, approvals, and schedules using change management tools and processes.
- Support risk assessment, post-change reviews, and continuous improvement to enhance data center reliability and performance.
- Maintain training matrix with continual tracking for a client site and filing of training data.
- search and resolve routine support issues. Follow-up to ensure resolution of open issues. Assist in preparing user reference material.
- Compile a variety of operating, financial, and statistical information to respond to management requests as needed.
- Ensure business policies and processes are communicated within the team.
- Help to facilitate process improvement by engaging appropriate resources in issue identification and resolution.
- Support coordination, tracking, and enrollment of team training.
- Confirm the provision of healthy and safe working conditions. Verify that both client and company health and
- safety policies and processes are effectively implemented.
- Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
- Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail.
- Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
What You’ll Need:
- High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
- Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
- Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
- Basic math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markup

The minimum salary for the Finance Analyst position is $80,000 / $38.46hr annually and the maximum salary of $90,000/$43.27 hr annually . The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience.
