About the Role:

As a CBRE Client Services Coordinator, you will provide basic administrative support to an office.

What You’ll Do:

  • Prepare leases, temporary use agreements, proposals, and other related documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Partner with the Legal team to review and finalize documents prior to client execution.
  • Distribute fully executed leases to Asset Management, Accounting, and Legal teams.
  • File and upload all executed leases to CBRE SharePoint in a timely and organized manner.
  • Review new lease agreements for insurance compliance and follow up with tenants to obtain current Certificates of Insurance (COI).
  • Collaborate closely with the leasing team to coordinate schedules, manage workload, and support various ongoing projects.
  • Present showrooms and property amenities to prospective tenants as needed (no negotiation responsibilities).
  • Attend fashion trade shows with the Manager to generate new leasing leads; some travel may be required independently.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Research and update fashion brand lists to support outreach campaigns.
  • Assist with buyer outreach efforts to increase buyer attendance during LA Market Week.
  • Support planning and execution of market activations during LA Market Week.
  • Prospect fashion brands for temporary showroom rentals during LA Market Week.

  • High School Diploma with a minimum of two years of administrative and/or customer service experience in a professional office environment.
  • Fashion background preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to maintain professional business relationships. The ideal candidate will have strong grammar, clear writing ability, and polished communication style.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow them through to completion.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and support multiple projects.
  • Proficiency with office equipment including computers, copiers, scanners, printers, and calculators.
  • Proficiency in software such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and Illustrator.
  • General math skills, including the ability to calculate percentages, discounts, and markups.
  • Ability to operate telephone systems, including call hold, forwarding, teleconferencing, and other switchboard functions.
  • Regular on‑site attendance is essential. Must be able to work consistently during standard business hours. This position is not eligible for telecommuting.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Client Services Coordinator position is $55,000 annually [or $26.44 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Client Services Coordinator position is $65,000 annually [or $31.25 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
