As an Assistant Property Manager, you’ll work closely with our Property Management team to support the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of commercial properties. From tenant liaison and lease administration to financial monitoring and reporting, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service.
What You’ll Do
• Build strong relationships and respond promptly to tenant requests.
• Administer leases to ensure compliance for owners and tenants.
• Monitor financial transactions and assist with reporting.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting documentation.
• Handle general property and office administration, including greeting clients and coordinating meetings.
What You'll Bring
• Previous property management or administration experience (or recent property graduate).
• Strong organisational and time management skills to thrive in a busy environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships.
• Positive attitude and flexible approach to work.
• Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (or working towards it).
