We are seeking an experienced Senior Facilities Manager to take ownership of a high-quality commercial property portfolio in Perth. This is a pivotal role for a proactive facilities professional who thrives in complex environments, values stakeholder relationships, and is passionate about safety, sustainability, and operational excellence.
The Opportunity:
- End-to-end management of building services and essential services across a commercial portfolio
- Performance management of contractors across mechanical, electrical, fire, hydraulic, security, cleaning and BMS services
- Managing operating and capital expenditure in line with approved budgets
- Ensuring full compliance with WHS, environmental, statutory and essential services requirements
- Building strong, professional relationships with tenants, clients, contractors and internal stakeholders
- Providing accurate reporting on performance, risk, budgets and compliance
- Leading and mentoring facilities staff or supporting teams as required
About You:
- Several Years of working experience in facilities or building management, ideally within commercial or complex assets
- Proven experience managing multiple service contracts and contractors
- Experience managing operational budgets and capital works programs
- A customer-focused mindset with excellent stakeholder and tenant engagement skills
- Confidence managing competing priorities and multiple projects
- Experience leading or influencing teams (direct or indirect)
