ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Apply strong working knowledge of AutoCAD v2010 to v2018.
- Utilize LISP Routines, Scripts and Menu Programming provided by the company.
- Perform quality control, guided by procedures to guarantee accuracy in all projects integrated on databases.
- Develop continuous improved processes by regularly revising them properly; even for Quality Control tasks and CAD standardizations as such. This provides assurance that we are meeting clients’ requirements.
- Review client CAD standards, by understanding client expectations and being capable of aligning instructions within the team.
- Use AutoCAD and property management software to update CAFM or Record Management information.
- Respond to email correspondence using correct grammar, spelling and appropriate tone.
- Provide Tier 1 help desk support for users of property management software.
- Assist in updating and incorporating project related information into the Building Master Archive (BMA).
- Update key milestones scheduling, forecasting and completion of CAD/CAFM updates/incorporations.
- Comply with and extend Quality Assurance procedures for CAD/CAFM work. This includes audit records or a change control log to track CAD/CAFM work history.
- Contribute to CAD/CAFM Standard Operating Procedures manual.
- Deep review on QC results, understand the issues and work with admins on fixing them.
- Coordinate with team members and external contractors, job assignments, due dates, and other important assets needed for the correct workflow functionality.
- Implement when needed, procedure revisions for creating job assignment solutions or prevent inconveniences in the future.
- Collect feedback from Workforce related to improvements in processes and incorporating them into the procedures when applicable.
- Answer questions from the Workforce about processes and QA items.
- Provide the Workforce with immediate performance feedback and training to improve results.
- Meet one-on-one with team members regularly, provide individualized feedback and create a culture of continuous work improvement.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Formal supervisory responsibilities are required in this position. Offers technical guidance, training and mentorship to coworkers. Coordinates and assigns tasks to co-workers within a work unit and/or project.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
- Knowledge or experience in Construction, Architecture, or Facilities Management preferred.
- Knowledge or experience in procedural implementation and creating work flows with knowledge in efficiency reviews, reporting, and analysis preferred.
Certificates and/or Licenses
- Professional Registration in Architecture or Interior Design is preferred but not mandatory.
- Certification in Corporate Real Estate, LEED, or Facilities Management is preferred but not mandatory.
Communication Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is required.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers.
- Ability to effectively present information.
- Ability to explain difficult or sensitive information.
Technological Skills
- AutoCAD drawing and IWMS/CAFM software experience particularly with Tririga is preferred.
- Familiarity with Revit, experience in creating and utilizing LISP routines, scripts and menu programming in AutoCAD is preferred.
- Excellent knowledge and ability to operate a computer using e-mail, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Office software. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Reasoning Ability
- Understanding existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.
- Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.
- Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

- Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented and extremely organized with a proven ability to establish priorities and execute to achieve results. Must be able to work both independently and well within a team environment across multiple time zones. Displays integrity with a proactive approach to solving problems.
