Job Title – Finance Sr Analyst
About the Role:
The Financial Analyst / Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for managing the complete Order-to-Cash (OTC) cycle—including sales orders, billing, and cash application within the financial ERP system, ensuring alignment with defined SLAs and KPIs. This role is instrumental in delivering high-quality service and involves handling internal customer inquiries.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage the complete OTC process: customer master data, sales orders, billing and cash application
- Verify that all transactions comply with customer contracts and supporting documentation
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of all requests and transactions in accordance with SLA & KPI requirements
- Post billing and revenue entries in compliance with Company Policy, ASC606, and SOX regulations
- Collaborate with the D&T team to resolve system-related issues
- Deliver prompt and effective solutions to internal customer queries
- Complete monthly closing activities with precision and efficiency
- Maintain strict adherence to company policies, SOX requirements, and Shared Service Centre (SSC) procedures
- Support audit processes by providing relevant data and documentation
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor
What You'll Need:
- A degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in Finance / SSC / Audit environment
- Fresh graduates with a degree in Accountancy are welcome to apply
- High level of accuracy, numerical ability, and attention to detail
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- A collaborative team player who can promote teamwork within the group
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software
- Knowledge of financial ERP systems (i.e. D365) is a plus
- Willingness to support across different regions and time zones
