Job Title – Finance Sr Analyst

About the Role:
The Financial Analyst / Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for managing the complete Order-to-Cash (OTC) cycle—including sales orders, billing, and cash application within the financial ERP system, ensuring alignment with defined SLAs and KPIs. This role is instrumental in delivering high-quality service and involves handling internal customer inquiries.

What You’ll Do:
  • Manage the complete OTC process: customer master data, sales orders, billing and cash application
  • Verify that all transactions comply with customer contracts and supporting documentation
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of all requests and transactions in accordance with SLA & KPI requirements
  • Post billing and revenue entries in compliance with Company Policy, ASC606, and SOX regulations
  • Collaborate with the D&T team to resolve system-related issues
  • Deliver prompt and effective solutions to internal customer queries
  • Complete monthly closing activities with precision and efficiency
  • Maintain strict adherence to company policies, SOX requirements, and Shared Service Centre (SSC) procedures
  • Support audit processes by providing relevant data and documentation
  • Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor

What You'll Need:
  • A degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in Finance / SSC / Audit environment
  • Fresh graduates with a degree in Accountancy are welcome to apply
  • High level of accuracy, numerical ability, and attention to detail
  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • A collaborative team player who can promote teamwork within the group
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software
  • Knowledge of financial ERP systems (i.e. D365) is a plus
  • Willingness to support across different regions and time zones
