Lead the daily delivery of the assigned portfolio, driving sustainable growth, statutory compliance, and governance. This includes full operational responsibility for staff development, customer base expansion, and portfolio performance.

• Represent the organization with professionalism and credibility.

• Maintain excellent service levels and ensure high responsiveness to customer demands.
• Ensure the team is skilled, motivated, and compliant with all mandatory training and inductions.
• Maintain high visibility and accessibility as a leader.
• Manage the annual appraisal process, staff development plans, and talent retention strategies.
• Partner with the Talent Management team to build a robust succession plan and a culture of recognition.
• Take full P&L responsibility, ensuring targets for revenue, profit, and cost reduction are met or exceeded.
• Implement business policies effectively across a diverse portfolio of accounts.
• Manage supplier relationships fairly, ensuring preferred supplier usage and robust contract performance.
• Optimize staffing structures to balance cost reduction with service excellence and workload fluctuations.
• Drive continuous improvement and a culture of innovation and exceptional quality.
• Lead by example in all communications and professional standards.
• Act on safety trends and reports to protect personnel and ensure compliance with QSHE objectives and auditing.
• Execute corrective actions based on financial variances to meet revenue, operating profit, and working capital targets without compromising service standards.

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with at least 10 years in Facilities Management and building services.
• In-depth knowledge of financial principles, P&L oversight, and complex business data analysis.
• Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills; Bilingual in English and Vietnamese.
• Ability to manage crisis situations, lead in a matrix environment, and gain the trust of top-level decision-makers.
• Willing to work schedules based on business needs.
