About the Role:
As a CBRE D&T Sr Project Management Consultant, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of a key strategic platform designed to enhance CBRE's client coverage model within the Investor Client Coverage group. This includes leading the development, implementation, maintenance, and ongoing optimization of the platform. You will be the primary point of contact for this platform, ensuring its alignment with business needs and its successful integration into CBRE's client coverage strategy for top institutional clients. This role requires a blend of project management expertise, technical understanding, and a passion for leveraging technology to drive business value and superior client outcomes.
What You'll Do:
- Own the overall vision, strategy, and roadmap for the platform, ensuring it aligns with CBRE's client coverage goals within the Investor Client Coverage group.
- Lead the development and implementation of the platform, working closely with development teams and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure the ongoing stability, performance, and scalability of the platform. Proactively identify and address any technical issues.
- Oversee the integration of various data sources into the platform.
- Work closely with data scientists and other technical experts to leverage advanced technologies within the platform.
- Work with business stakeholders to prioritize new features and enhancements for the platform, based on their potential to drive business value.
- Develop and deliver training programs to empower client coverage teams to effectively leverage the platform. Provide ongoing support and guidance to users.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of the platform on client coverage and business outcomes.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on the progress of the platform and gather feedback.
- Identify and mitigate any risks associated with the development, implementation, or maintenance of the platform.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for the platform, including technical specifications, user guides, and training materials.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in relevant technologies, and identify opportunities to leverage these technologies to enhance the platform.
- Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.
- Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams.

- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. CSM, CSP or PSM certification required.
- Proven experience building, deploying, and maintaining complex software platforms.
- Strong understanding of data integration and analytics concepts.
- Experience working with development teams and managing technical projects.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- The innovative mentality to develop methods that go beyond existing solutions.
- Ability to solve unique problems using standard and innovative solutions having a broad impact on the business.
- Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
- Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
