YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

The role will require attendance at our office in Stockholm and client sites situated across the breadth of the country.

Purpose Of The Job
  • Own and deliver the business unit project plan, developing and leading their teams in the safe delivery of projects ensuring sufficient training and development of talent ensuring year of year growth
  • Have overall responsibility for generating a sales pipeline to deliver revenue to the BU and projects are secured and delivered on time and within the financial requirements and margins as specified by the business. Building external relationships with clients and supply partners to deliver major projects
  • Ensure that all projects adhere and are managed to commercial agreements / contracts compliant with statutory regulations, are QHSE compliant and meet technical industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure safe and successful project delivery, including risk management, compliance with legal requirements, and meeting time, budget, and quality targets
  • Leadership & Talent Management: Build, develop, and lead the team while managing performance
  • Develop the project and sales pipeline by identifying, qualifying, and advancing business opportunities
  • Contract & Financial Management: Own budgets, maximize profitability, manage forecasting, and negotiate upstream and downstream
  • Bid & Proposal Management: Lead the development of bids, tenders, proposals, and presentations
  • Sales Ownership: Generate new projects, leverage innovation and technology, build strong client relationships, and exceed revenue goals
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams, contribute to management reporting, and participate in meetings, briefings, and decision‑making forums
  • Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to project standards, operating models, and corporate policies
  • HSE Leadership: Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety requirements and lead regular project review meetings
  • Promote company values and contribute to the development of Business Unit strategy


YOUR PROFILE

Education & Training
  • Technical qualification in construction, mechanical, or electrical engineering (desirable)
  • Strong verbal, written Swedish and numerical literacy (mandatory)
  • Degree in project or construction management (desirable)
  • Professional certifications such as APM, Prince2, IOSH (desirable)

Experience
  • Proven track record delivering complex projects safely in M&E, FM, construction, or critical environments
  • Experience developing new project opportunities and managing a P&L
  • Demonstrated team leadership capability
  • Strong background in bids, tenders, proposals, and client presentations
