About the Role

As a CBRE BSO Transaction Support & Operations Lead, you will oversee the end-to-end global Transaction Support process while leading and developing a high-performing Transaction Support team. You will act as the Subject Matter Expert for Lease Administration, drive process optimization, ensure data integrity, and serve as a strategic partner to Real Estate Operations and client stakeholders.

This job is part of the Transaction Management Support Team, which provides operational excellence, governance, and data-driven support across the full real estate transaction lifecycle. The team partners closely with CBRE Transaction Managers & Client stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and high service quality globally.
This is a hybrid and flexible position, combining collaboration across global teams with autonomy in organizing your work.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and manage the global Transaction Support (TS) function, owning the end-to-end transaction support process and driving continuous improvements.
  • Manage and develop a team of 2 FTEs, including workload allocation, performance management, coaching, and delivery of internal trainings.
  • Act as the Global Subject Matter Expert for Lease Administration, including lease administration tools and coordination with third-party providers.
  • Serve as the primary communication bridge between internal and external stakeholders, including Transaction Managers, Real Estate Managers, Lease Accounting, Legal, Analytics, and EHS teams.
  •  Manage client relationships, ensure client satisfaction, and act as the main escalation point for transaction support-related matters.
  • Monitor service excellence by tracking KPIs and SLAs, performing transaction quality checks, and addressing performance gaps.
  • Govern data quality by designing validation methods and ensuring accurate data collection to support dashboards and reporting.
  • Deliver internal and client-facing reporting, including KPI, CDR, and exception reporting, and proactively identify data or system discrepancies.
  • Lead and support client reformation initiatives, process restructuring, and implementation of new technology solutions in collaboration with Real Estate Operations.

What You’ll Need

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in project-related tasks, including engaging with stakeholders and facilitating communication.
  • Excellent interpersonal and client-facing communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to work with documentation, with experience in lease administration (preferred). 
  • Fluent English (written and verbal) and previous experience in commercial real estate.
  • Strong IT literacy, particularly in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and SharePoint. Exceptional attention to detail combined with strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive and autonomous mindset, with the ability to take initiative and operate effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across global and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Confidence and assertiveness when required, combined with ambition and a high level of self-motivation.
