Role: Senior Training Lead – HR Transformation (UK & EMEA)  
Duration: 12 months Fixed Term Contract
Start date: Immediate start
LOCATION: London, United Kingdom, Warsaw Poland or other EMEA locations

CBRE’s Horizon Program - EMEA will transform how the People Team delivers services; providing a simpler, more enhanced experience that aligns with the needs of our people and our business.  The Training Lead will develop and deliver a training strategy and approach to ensure People Services Teams have the skills and capabilities to adopt the enhanced systems, processes and ways of working to provide their customers across EMEA with simpler, faster, and better HR and payroll services.


What you will be doing: 
  • Define and lead the EMEA program-wide training strategy aligned to deployment milestones
  • Conduct training needs analysis across impacted People Team and business roles
  • Design the training approach (blended, digital, instructor-led) and delivery model
  • Lead and assure the development of training curricula, materials, and learning pathways
  • Manage Content Developers/Trainers, specialist resources and any training vendors.  
  • The Training Lead will also be involved in Content Development and delivery as needed in addition to Leading the training piece.  
  • Work closely with Change Managers, PMO, SMEs and Process and Systems team
  • Plan and oversee training delivery aligned to rollout waves
  • Define training success measures and report progress to the Horizon Program leadership

What you need to apply:
  • Extensive experience delivering training for HR transformations of service delivery models, systems and processes
  • Strong understanding of adult learning and learning enablement at scale
  • Experience developing and delivering training content, using learning content development/e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate and Synthesia 
  • Experience operating in complex transformation programs and delivering to timelines
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership capability
  • Ability to rapidly onboard and deliver at pace
