We are seeking an experienced Regional Client Manager to oversee hospitality projects, specifically hotels, in the Bangalore region. The ideal candidate will have 25-30 years of experience in civil or MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) engineering, with a strong background in project management and client relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop client relationships for hospitality projects.
• Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery in compliance with industry standards.
• Coordinate with civil and MEP teams to ensure project specifications and timelines are met.
• Conduct site visits and project evaluations.
• Address client concerns and provide solutions to enhance satisfaction.
• Prepare and present project proposals, budgets, and progress reports.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including architects, contractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 25-30 years of relevant experience in hospitality projects.
• Proven track record in client management and project leadership.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and civil engineering principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in project management software.
