About the Role:
As a CBRE BSO P2P Resolution Accounting Intern you will participate in analysis and resolving of AP related issues. Main goal of Intern with this position will be to capture Accounts Payables related matters and independently lead the communication with Business and Suppliers to resolve them.
What You’ll Do:
- Investigating Accounts Payables related inquiries using different ERP tools.
- Performing analysis and investigation on captured and/or raised issues (invoice/status payment, remittance advices, duplicate payments, incorrect payments, etc.);
- Cooperation with business partners on the cash application details
- Month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing procedures
- Monthly balance sheet account reconciliations
- Resolution of unreconciled items on bank accounts
What You’ll Need:
- Educational background in finance
- At least B2 English Level and B2 Level of French/German/Spanish/Italian
- General understanding of accounting processes
- Good excel skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Being very responsive to emails/enquiries
- Being a team player
