About the Role:
  • As a Sr Facilities Manager LATAM at CBRE, you will lead a team responsible for overseeing the operations and maintenance of buildings within facilities, campuses, or a portfolio of small to mid-sized buildings (Hard & Soft Services).
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the recruitment and onboarding process for new team members.
  • Schedule and manage the team's daily activities, including establishing work schedules, assigning tasks, and providing staff training.
  • Coordinate and manage facility repairs and maintenance, collaborating with technicians, vendors, and contractors.
  • Prepare and manage capital projects, operational budgets, and variance reports.
  • Conduct quality control inspections of facilities in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations. Recommend operational improvements, repairs, and enhancement opportunities.
  • Oversee vendor relationships and invoicing procedures. Review quotations for the procurement of parts, services, and labor for projects. Deliver training on maintenance processes, repair procedures, and best safety practices.
  • Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Facilities Management, with at least 4 years in a multi-site management role (national and/or LATAM).
  • Fluent English is essential.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, with knowledge of financial principles and safety protocols.
