What You’ll Do:
  • Team Leadership: Provide formal supervision to team members, including training and development. Conduct performance evaluations and oversee the recruitment and hiring of new employees.
  • Operational Management: Coordinate and manage daily activities of the engineering team. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Set and track departmental deadlines while mentoring and coaching team members as needed.
  • Maintenance Oversight: Assist the team with operational and maintenance issues. Direct contractors, subcontractors, and engineers in managing all aspects of facility maintenance.
  • Facility Operations: Supervise daily operations of facility controls and asset management systems. Ensure compliance with customer engineering and maintenance standards within the facility maintenance program.
  • Budget Support: Assist in the preparation of annual operating budgets. Evaluate, forecast, and manage operations and maintenance costs for designated locations.
  • Maintenance Scheduling: Schedule maintenance activities in alignment with customer operational requirements.
  • Performance Analysis: Support operational analysis of all engineering-related performance metrics (KPIs) to optimize efficiency.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the team. Facilitate peer reviews, site assessments, and technical competence evaluations.
  • Client Integration: Collaborate with clients to accommodate reconfiguration, changes, and operational requirements.
  • Leadership by Example: Model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values and influence stakeholders to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Disciplinary Integration: Apply knowledge of civil engineering and its integration with other disciplines to achieve team and departmental objectives.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues within existing systems and processes.
What you'll need:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (electrical or mechanical).
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the property management industry.
  • Must hold a license for Associate Civil Engineer.
  • Proficient in Thai and English (reading, writing, and speaking).
  • Previous experience in staffing, training, development, coaching, and performance management preferred.
  • Strong communication skills to guide the exchange of sensitive and complex information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
