Here’s a snapshot of your day:
• This role will perform general electrical preventive maintenance and corrective repair of assets and building systems across our client sites.
• As well as day to day maintenance support this role will work with the maintenance planner and the technicians to include the day-to-day planning, implementation, coordination and management of our technical resources including the development of service programs to support our client’s requirements.
• Perform assigned day-to-day repairs, emergency and preventive maintenance and complete maintenance and repair records
• Assist with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems
• Review assigned work orders and estimate time and materials needed to complete repair.
• Order necessary materials and supplies to complete all tasks.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment systems.
• Inspect new installation for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Maintain lighting systems throughout client facility, cleaning fixtures and replacing bulbs and lamps.
• Respond quickly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed.
• Comply with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency and Company directives related to building operations and work safety.


The Ideal Candidate
• Experience in repairs and Maintenance of electrical assets and systems ideally within the commercial sector
• Critical environment experience would be advantageous
• Experience in Testing and Inspection of assets and systems
• Current and valid Electrical Contractors License
• Relevant and valid OH&S cards
• Strong understanding of AS 3001
• Valid Driver’s License
