Job Description:
1. Coordinating with the team for design proposals and monitor design production, to develop creative strategies for corporate office interiors.
2. Overseeing all stages of project design, from conception to implementation.
3. Collaborating with stakeholders, contractors, and clients to ensure projects meet design requirements, budget, and timeline.
4.Candidate should have a good hand in preparing Test fits, updating CAD layouts and BOQ preparation.
5. Using architectural tools and software to create detailed plans and blueprints.
6. Presenting designs, ideas, and concepts to clients and stakeholders.
7. Ensuring all designs adhere to safety regulations and industry standards.
8. Monitoring and managing project progress, making necessary adjustments to design plans as needed.
9. Should be flexible to work during different time zones (Covering India and US time zones as per requirement).
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) is mandatory.
2. A minimum of 8-12 years of experience in designing and managing corporate office interiors.
3. Proficient in architectural tools and design software.
4. Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
5. Strong creative and visualization skills.
6. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
7. Good understanding of industry safety regulations and standards.
