About The Role:
- We are looking for the skills to perform preventive maintenance and corrective repair of buildings, industrial systems, vehicles, equipment and grounds
- Inspect building systems including fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing to ensure operation of equipment is within design capabilities and achieves environmental conditions prescribed by client.
What You'll Do:
- Align with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency and Company directives related to building operations and work safety.
- Perform contracted work which includes landscaping, snow removal, remodeling, HVAC, plumbers, and cleaning.
- Manage and inspect the work performed by outside contractors.
- Review assigned work orders.
- Estimate time and materials needed to complete repair.
- Order materials and supplies to finish the tasks.

*New York Residents: CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the position is $100,651.20 annually ($48.39/hour) and the maximum salary for the position is $100,651.20 annually ($48.39/hour). The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
