We have an exciting opportunity for a Retail Marketing Manager to join our WA Property Management team to provide marketing support for a key client account in Perth.  Reporting to the General Manager, the team member will provide vital strategic marketing in collaboration with the broader Building Management Team to maximize the trading performance of our client’s centres, enhance sales performance and uphold individual centre retail brands. 

Here’s a snapshot of your day;
  • Manage the strategy, development and implementation of marketing plans, campaigns, and promotional calendar for the assigned retail portfolio, considering economic conditions, social and historical trends
  • Liaise with key stakeholders, including the owners, tenants, management team, community groups, suppliers, consultants, and agencies to deliver premium marketing materials, promotions, and events
  • Manage marketing budget, forecast expenditure, and identify areas of cost saving and value enhancements through strategic partnerships and collaboration 
  • Prepare, circulate, and communicate the plans, outcomes and ROI of campaigns and promotional initiatives in the monthly marketing report to all stakeholders
  • Work with and support an established and collaborative property & facilities management team 
  • Collaborate with broader Property Management and Marketing team to proactively solve problems, deliver innovative initiatives, and ensure cohesive brand management for the portfolio.

Here are strengths you’ll possess and the background you’ll need to be successful;
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Marketing or Business and demonstrated experience in a marketing and brand management
  • Real estate and retail portfolio experience is a bonus
  • Excellent customer service experience and a proven ability to communicate at all levels and build strong relationships with client and colleagues 
  • Strong work ethic, ability to use personal initiative and positive attitude
  • Ability to think differently and deliver creative and innovative projects and engaging experiences
  • Possess a strong creative flair and an eye for detail
  • Excellent written communication and oral presentation skills, organizational skills, and ability to work to deadlines.
