Exciting opportunities for Residential Valuers in both the Greater Hobart and also Launceston and north west regions of Tasmania, with leading renumeration packages and clientele base, together with additional incentives for the right candidates

Due to CBRE's rapid expansion and appointment to additional panels, we currently have roles available throughout Tasmania.

We have established a strong support network in our business through teams of Regional Managers who work individually with you to ensure your success from day one. This is coupled with unsurpassed onboarding and training support from our Valuer Care and Development team and assistance from our Quality & Risk Management team to assist you  achieve the knowledge and quality of  work we at CBRE pride ourselves on. 

You will be responsible for undertaking the valuation of residential properties utilising our industry leading valuation software.  Our model offers a concentration of work in a tight geographic area giving our team members superior market knowledge  and  enabling efficiencies that have never been seen before within the market.

You will need to be RPV qualified as a minimum. Currently working as a Residential Valuer is preferred
