Part time role 22.5 hours per week (8am to 12:30pm OR 12:30pm to 5pm)

Here’s a snapshot of your day;
  • Managing incoming calls and ensuring that all enquiries are dealt with in a timely and professional manner
  • Meet and greet all clients and visitors and maintain the reception area
  • Assisting in preparing and setting up conference/meeting rooms
  • Assisting with administrative tasks including copying, faxing, and any other ad hoc duties (invoices and PO’s)
  • Provide support to the mail room when required
  • Liase with local building manager and assist local FM when required
  • Other duties reasonably requested by direct manager;

Here are some of the strengths you’ll possess and the background you’ll need to be successful;
  • Experience in a reception/guest relation role in a corporate office environment
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to remain calm at all times
  • Proactive, enthusiastic and ability to multi-task
  • A self-starter and ability to work independently
  • Basic skill in Microsoft Office packages – Word, Excel, Outlook
