JOB SUMMARY

Provides administrative support to a corporate office. Provides support for reception and Business Services Group.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Receives and directs incoming calls to appropriate personnel and voicemail.

Performs general administrative support duties associated with Business Services within the office.

Uses tracking systems to record inbound and outbound courier and freight packages. Arranges messenger service as needed. Arranges blueprint scanning and copying as needed.

Maintain and manage all office rosters of all office personnel.

Building relationships that enhance knowledge of employees and the business (including name-knowing and professional connection-making) to enhance professional experience onsite.

Communication and diligent preparation for all events, working with partners and ensuring value, impact, and mission alignment as well as execution without incident.

Actively applying standards of service to meet and exceed expectations and tirelessly seeking opportunities to improve efficiencies and outcomes.

Consistently collecting data, applying strategies to assess service delivery, reporting on outcomes, and delivering on improvements.

                                                                                                  

Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

HS Diploma or GED required. Prior Front Desk, Concierge, customer service or other hospitality experience preferred.

CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES

None.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS

Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor with a strong, professional customer service orientation.

FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE

Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations. Ability to solve problems in standard situations. Requires basic analytical skills.

OTHER SKILLS and/or ABILITIES

Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work flexible work schedules based on office needs.

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY

Decisions made with general understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to co-workers and supervisor


Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Workplace Experience Receptionist position is $40,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Workplace Experience Receptionist position is $52,720 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
