Fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced, dynamic property team working alongside our top tier financial services client
Based at our client’s Auckland CBD Offices 

Here’s a snapshot of your day:
  • A multifaceted role, responsible for overseeing multiple concurrent projects and programs across our client’s national property portfolio, 
  • Key focus will be to ensure the effective delivery of the capital program; enabling projects to run on time and on budget,
  • Responsible for the Contractor Management of third-party project partners, to ensure projects are delivered to agreed standard, program and cost, 
  • Develop and maintain collaborative partnerships with stakeholders across our client’s business to deliver key milestones across the extensive property portfolio. This will include identifying opportunities for enhancement of processes and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement,
  • Work to ensure accurate, insightful, and timely reporting of project activities including identifying, communicating and mitigating risks to delivery,
  • Ensure accurate governance of projects and contractors, both from a financial and compliance perspective.

Here are the strengths you’ll possess and the background you’ll need to be successful:
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role within a client facing environment within the property industry, 
  • Exhibit a highly engaging, collaborative and insightful approach necessary in successfully creating and fostering relationships with stakeholders,
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with high attention to detail in a face-paced environment, 
  • Ability to comprehend, analyse, and interpret complex documents, solve problems involving several options in varied situations,
  • Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills with advanced levels in core Microsoft packages.
