JOB SUMMARY

Provide support for global enterprise supply chain initiatives with regards to P2P/Procurement processes and supplier assistance/queries/issues

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review and approve PRs
• Support buying policy adherence
• Tactical buying in MyBuy
• Maintain/create buying channel content and invoice channel integrations
• Commodity/UNSPSC maintenance
• Onboard new suppliers in line with CBRE enablement strategy
• Maintain supplier contract databases
• Support operations with purchasing issues
• Point of contact (POC) for supplier and CBRE supplier-related issues/questions
• Create/amend PRs and POs in FMP/Maximo (as needed)
• Answer calls and/or provide call-back to contacts for any supplier-related or account-related issues
• Assist the supervisor and sr. analysts on any activity needed to complete and adhere to KPIs
• Coordinate with country AP team for any supplier invoice or payment issues
• Learn and develop different supply chain skills and strategies

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

• A college degree preferably with any business-related course
• Preferably with specialized training in MS Office (advanced knowledge/training on excel and powerpoint is a plus), MyBuy or other P2P tools
• Good English communication skills
• Any experience in taking calls and communicating with foreigners will be an advantage
• Willing to work at night
