Reports to the Leasing Manager with specific responsibilities for the leasing, marketing and lease management activities of the shopping mall, include inter-alia the following:

• Planning and implementing the tenancy mix in a retail mall.
• Responsible for handling all lease documentation and tenant management.
• Monitor rental payments to ensure timely settlement by tenants and to initiate necessary action to recover any arrears.
• Establish and maintain good landlord-tenant relationships.
• Conduct marketing sales calls / site viewings and presentations.

Requirement:

• 3 – 5 years’ of retail leasing experience
• Candidate with CEA license preferred
• Strong communications skills 
• Resourceful and has the ability to work well with landlord and tenants
• Good proficiency in MS office
