Opportunity for an energetic, bright, and enthusiastic Junior Digital Graphic Designer to join our high-performing and industry-leading team. CBRE’s marketing, design and communications teams are hyper-focused on creating world-class design solutions for a variety of platforms, channels, and audiences. In this newly created role, we are seeking a passionate, collaborative, and innovative design professional looking to progress their career with a global brand. 

Here’s a snapshot of your day:
  • Deliver strategic, digitally savvy, world-class creative outcomes for our stakeholders and Marketing & Communications team 
  • Produce graphic materials, layouts and content including, internal and external brand campaigns, creative branded solutions, presentations, reports, data visualisation and infographics, and other creative collateral leaning heavily towards online and digital platforms
  • Create design elements and supportive graphics for team projects and handle production-related tasks 
  • Demonstrate strong design skills with a digitally focused lens, along with the ability to understand and execute brand strategies and their implementation
  • Develop a strong understanding of corporate brand standards and guidelines to ensure consistency throughout all assigned marketing tasks
  • Leverage toolkits and templates to ensure the consistency and quality of marketing tasks, while serving as a steward for CBRE-suite of brands
  • Be passionate about new design mediums, upcoming technology, and creative trends.

Here are some of the strengths you’ll possess and the background you’ll need to be successful:
  • Tertiary education in Graphic Design, with a minimum of 1 to 2 years relevant experience gained within a design studio, agency, or in-house role
  • Passion for design, strong eye for detail, strong organisational skills and ability to deliver to deadlines
  • Proficient in design communication and detail oriented across emerging trends 
  • Possess strong social media, web and creative layout skills
  • Proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premier Pro/Rush or Final Cut Pro, Acrobat and Microsoft Office suite, CEROS experience an advantage.
  • Sound understanding of HTML, CSS, JS
  • Ability to think on your feet, adapt quickly to situations, collaborate well with team and clients, and take feedback onboard.
