Here’s a snapshot of your day;
  • Provide facilities management leadership and assistance on the account administration
  • Oversee and manage comprehensive facilities services across 2 sites in Melbourne and Sydney
  • Manage operating expenditure and budgeting, and monthly financial reporting
  • Directly liaise with and manage external service providers, contractors, etc. to deliver the contracted services
  • Provide reception cover and team back up during lunch break or when required

Here are some of the strengths you’ll possess and the background you’ll need to be successful;
  • Experience in facilities management and experience with finance or understanding of budgets
  • Experience working in a corporate environment is highly regarded
  • Ability to communicate with all level of stakeholders
  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
