We are seeking an experienced Change Communications & Training specialist to join our growing national practice. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing change communications and training for the implementation of medium to large scale workplace projects that result in significant change to the organization. The activities include but are not limited to:

  • Ability to write and edit engaging and visually appealing communications in support of related workplace change projects coordinating with Workplace Change Engagement Managers and clients where needed
  • Design and development of change playbooks, templates, and tools for repeatable execution of change projects – leveraging our proprietary methodology for workplace change
  • Ensures all change management, communication and training deliverables are in alignment with CBRE Workplace branding guidelines, formats/packages and organizes assets prior to delivery
  • Develop key messaging and communication approach for change projects
  • Design, develop, and deliver training modules, materials and change workshops with project leads
  • Develop presentations, tools, and other client-facing materials
  • Developing relationships with sponsors, business leaders, project managers, change champions, and others impacted by the change
  • Leverage available metrics and reports and works with Senior Director to identify and pursue change management opportunities that will improve our change delivery model to drive employee engagement and adoption
  • Manage to consistently meet or exceed stakeholder expectations
  • Participate in business development activities including client presentations, diagnostics, and proposals
  • Content creation for digital platforms including thought leadership aligned to Workplace internal research
  • Travel to client sites across the U.S. (up to 50% at peak periods)

In addition, having the following qualifications is required:

  • 4+ years of credible, related work experience in communications, change management, marketing, training, design, program management or consulting
  • Undergraduate degree (graduate degree preferred)
  • In-depth knowledge of the field of communications, learning and development, change management theory and practical application
  • Strong client-service oriented work ethic driven by a desire to act
  • Strong quantitative/analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Comfort in translating large data sets into compelling findings
  • Ability to present and articulate ideas and analyses
  • Superior interpersonal, listening, written and oral communication skills
  • Intellectual curiosity and comfort with ambiguity and complex challenges, with an ability to anticipate needs and solve problems proactively
  • Ability to work in multi-disciplinary and distributed teams
  • Highly proficient in MS Office Suite of Products
  • Experience working with other software preferred (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud)
