JOB SUMMARY

The purpose of this position is to design, develop and execute change management strategies for program and projects on a client account.
 
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 
Deliver Change Management Programming and facilitate relevant training sessions to            impacted employees
 
Apply behavioral tools to assess the impact of change on business lines and determine          readiness for change
 
Responsible for planning, developing, and implementing change management deliverables including overall change plan, communication plan, and integration with training plans.
 
Works effectively with project managers to support their efforts in managing projects for success. Identifies risks and challenges and works with leadership, managers and impacted stakeholders to mitigate any risks, identify change barriers and devise strategies to overcome the barriers.
 
Creates deliverables in support of change management strategies and oversees the execution of deliverables in line with project plans.
 
Ensures appropriate change management practices are effectively utilized throughout the lifecycle to improve execution and delivery of results. Ensures alignment of change plan with overall project plan and with other changes impacting the same groups.
 
Develops internal relationships with sponsors, business leads, program managers change champions and others impacted by the change.
Work with internal business partners to deploy full scope of change management                    activities including, but not limited to workplace strategy, move management,                          space/design, technology, HR policies, etc    
 
Monitors adoption during post implementation. Uses tools to identify root cause and remediate change resistance.
 
Creates and implements change plans to build commitment. Develops solutions, manages the change impact of initiatives, and identifies the resources and various disciplines needed to execute change.
Assesses & Analyzes change impact and readiness.
 
Develop timeline and roadmaps, based on project implementation, employee resistance          factors, program components and goals
           
Create materials and presentations specific to changes
 
Tracking employees’ details through the change management cycle
 
Project management skills to assist organizing, planning, and executing                  
concurrent large-scale

Maintaining lists of stakeholders, leaders and internal business partners for projects
 
Works with sponsors and key stakeholders to identify change barriers and devise strategies to overcome challenges. Builds and maintains effective relationships with stakeholders and is able to communicate effectively at all levels.
 
Other duties may be assigned.


QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE  

Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university with an emphasis in either organizational leadership, organizational development or related field. MBA or Master's degree in related field preferred. Minimum seven years of related experience and/or training.

Working experience of change cycle and individual response to change.

Working knowledge of project management and process improvement discipline and tools and ability to integrate change management deliverables in line with project needs.

Working experience with business process analysis and re-engineering to support large scale projects, such as technology implementations.


Working experience and knowledge of effective communication strategies in support of change initiatives.

CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES

Change Management certification preferred.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS


Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.
 

REASONING ABILITY


Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills.
 

OTHER SKILLS and/or ABILITIES


Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal. Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite Products (Excel, Access, Power Point, Word, etc.). Ability to use query and report generation tools.
 

Ability to motivate and negotiate effectively with key employees, top management, and client groups to take desired action.
 
Experience delivering large-scale change management programs both in-person and virtually
 
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams (preferred)
 
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY

Decisions made with thorough understanding of procedures, company policies, and business practices to achieve general results and deadlines. Responsible for setting work unit and/or project deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to department.

Compensation For This Position

  • Base salary ranges between $80,000 - $100,000 
  • Not benefit eligible
