We are currently looking for an Technical Officer to join us. Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating any technical services related activities for the assigned property. You are expected to monitor the work of Technicians/Contractors, supervise day-to-day A&A works/projects, carry out regular site inspection to identify defect, prepare tender/quotation for maintenance projects, etc.

What we are looking for:

• Relevant Diploma in Building Service Engineering or equivalent preferred
• 3 years or above related experience; Property Management industry is preferred
• Sound technical knowledge, with hands-on ability in plumbing, carpentry, electrical works and painting, gained through previous practical experience and attendance at trade schools /technical college or university. 
• Good command in English and Cantonese
