This is a rare opportunity to join the growing Development and Infrastructure Advisory team within the world’s largest provider of property services. You will be joining a team of industry experts, with an exemplary track record of major project delivery and a healthy pipeline of diverse property and infrastructure development projects for both our Government and private sector clients.

Several positions are available within the sectors of infrastructure advisory, development management and project delivery management.

The Role:
Reporting to a Principal/Senior Associate this is a key advisory role where you may be responsible for:
  • Client engagement and developing relationships with Government and private sector organisations
  • Infrastructure and development management advisory services for Government and private sector clients, including project feasibility, transaction, planning and approvals
  • Project delivery management, including procurement, project scheduling, design management, contract management, financial tracking, risk management and quality assurance
  • Managing engagement and performance of consultants, contractors and suppliers
  • Preparing written reports and presenting to clients
  • Chairing meetings and coordinating stakeholders
  • Interface with authorities and utility providers
  • Ensuring project objectives are achieved

The right candidate will have:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Construction Management, Property Economics / Development or Architecture
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of experience working in the development / project / design management disciplines either in the public or private sector
  • Successful track record in the delivery of complex projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid understanding of development life cycle and planning requirements
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Effective computer skills including financial and scheduling proficiency
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to engage a diverse range of stakeholders and to develop long term relationships
  • Drive, energy and a personable nature
  • This role is based in Sydney, however flexibility to travel on occasion would be welcomed
