We currently have an opportunity for an experienced and highly motivated Business Operations Manager to join our Victorian Advisory business. In this pivotal role, you will provide key support and management on operational matters across the geography and act as a central point of contact for the leadership team. This is a highly visible and varied role, with a blend of office accommodation and workplace management, change management, process improvement and governance.

Here’s a snapshot of your day;

• Key partner to Executive Managing Director and Victorian State Leadership Team.
• Effectively manage the business’ office accommodation and manage change and drive engagement to an office expansion and relocation, including managing key stakeholders and partners to achieve shared outcomes;
• Effectively manage change and drive adoption and implementation of core platforms, including Salesforce and MIQ.
• Coordinate and manage key operational meetings, execute strategic deliverables, meet compliance requirements, aiming to improve productivity and efficiency across the departments.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the Office Manager and Guest Relations to create an exceptional workplace experience.

Here are some of the strengths you’ll possess and the background you’ll need to be successful;

• 5+ years’ experience in a Business Operations role supporting teams in a medium to large size organisation.
• Previous experience working in real estate or professional services is advantageous.
• Proven experience with project and change management
• Process driven with an interest in driving implementation adoption of platforms and processes.
• Strong initiative and communication, with a pragmatic approach.
• High level stakeholder management and relationship building skills with a passion for fostering collaboration and a great team culture.
• Exceptional attention to detail, time management and problem-solving skills
• Positive energy and effective communicator to diverse audience with high presentation skills
