This internship is designed for current college students, undergraduate or graduate, seeking a career in commercial real estate. Participation in the program is intended to provide a well-rounded knowledge of the commercial real estate business and valuable skills, earned by working alongside talented professionals in the largest and most successful global commercial real estate services firm.

The internship accelerates your learning and development by providing you with a strong foundation upon which to build your commercial real estate sales career. The program provides you with a unique perspective on our integrated service lines. As a program participant, you will also partake in learning and development activities designed especially for you.

The ideal intern will possess organizational and marketing/graphics skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Assists sales professionals with research, presentation design work and identifying potential clients.
  • Organizes the preparation and production of customized, client specific property information packages in response to Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
  • Gathers, prepares and distributes marketing materials.
  • Compiles property data for clients, such as tenant surveys, summary reports, maps, status updates and presentations for listing or tenant representative assignments.
  • Gathers and coordinates materials necessary for transactions such as listing agreements, commission agreements, leases, and sales agreements.
  • Reviews marketing material specifications and works with centralized marketing, analysis and research groups to coordinate the completion and submission of financial, marketing and various client specific property data to incorporate into customized property information packages.
  • Candidates should have a strong academic background, preferably with a focus on business or real estate. Ideal candidates will be self-motivated, creative and disciplined, seeking to excel in the commercial real estate industry. 
  • Other duties may be assigned.

 

Qualifications 

Fulltime student and CREW Scholar

Experience in commercial real estate desired, and/or interest in real estate and willingness to be exposed to multiple disciplines

Financial acumen with the ability to interpret business financial documents

Demonstrated leadership and teaming capabilities

Strong written and verbal communication, and presentation skills

Ability to gather, analyze, interpret and summarize data; advanced Excel skills preferred
