Responsible for the improvement of client and operational services such as property marketing. Works with senior managers to drive growth strategies. Reviews marketing materials and information packages.


Maintains CBRE brand, product, and client messaging by applying templates to produce high quality marketing materials including flyers, proposals, and marketing packages for multifamily properties.

Reviews marketing material and acts as point of contact and liaison with centralized marketing, analysis, and advisory groups to coordinate the completion and submission of financial, marketing, and various client specific property data to incorporate into customized property information packages. Errors in judgement may cause long-term impact to co-workers, supervisor, department, and line of business.


Budget Management:  Develop and control Marketing budget for property based on operating knowledge of the property and its Marketing goals.

Event Management:  Plan, supervise, and evaluate Marketing activities throughout the year including seasonal and holiday events.

Manage center Social Media accounts (Facebook and Instagram) in partnership with Marketing agency.

Performs market research and writes and edits copy for campaign collateral and communication.

Updates and maintains various information databases, and generates standard and ad hoc reports as required

Facilitates and coordinates communications with real estate partners and vendors nationwide

Collaborates with senior team members and manager to develop and drive growth strategies through execution of target marketing efforts surrounding brokerage campaigns

Interfaces directly with the clients, resolving routine issues and responding to campaign and/or non-routine inquiries

Introduces and implements own ideas for improving overall business and team functions to maximize productivity and improve efficiencies, as well as consulting with advisors to provide recommendations on marketing practices and strategies to maximize value for the team's clients, recommending the best way to market the property.

Mentors and coaches other team members to further develop core competencies required to continuously improve client services, operational efficiencies, and teamwork

Periodically assists manager with key departmental initiatives.

Other duties may be assigned.


No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. Provides informal assistance such as technical guidance, and/or training to coworkers. May coordinate and assign tasks to co-workers within a work unit and/or project.

Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) from a 4-year college or university required. Degree in Marketing and/or Business Administration preferred. 3-years of experience leading projects for multiple or a team of professionals; 2-years of experience providing coaching to new team members; ability to determine and respond to conflicting priorities required. Experience in the real estate industry and working in a fast-paced environment preferred.


None. Certificate in Project Management preferred.


Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.


Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and/or commissions. Conducts basic financial analysis.


Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.


Advanced skills working in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop required. HTML experience preferred. Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite, internet research and writing skills.


Decisions made with understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines. Responsible for setting own project deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to co-workers and supervisor.
