RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Develop expertise of our knowledge, processes, and tools.

 

Contribute to the creation and maintenance of best-in-class content library ensuring the knowledge is consumable, indexed and tagged for search efficiency

 

Contribute to the creation and maintenance of playbooks, toolkits, templates and all other material not specifically marketing- team to capture best practices; standardize templates for documenting workflows, RACIs, reports, etc.

 

Refresh and maintain Intranet site

 

Drive definition, implementation, improvement of our knowledge management practices based to maintain overall knowledge quality (findability, usability, timeliness); Develop knowledge sharing and training strategy

 

Implement best practices of knowledge sharing across the team to keep everyone informed of the most accurate information

 

Partner with the business to bring knowledge management best practices to ad hoc projects, engagements (e.g. Talent Management, Research & Insight)

 

Own collaboration and engagement tools, such as survey software, to use for department needs and train others how to use

 

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent from four-year college or university plus a minimum of five years related work experience to include budgeting, finance and or business analytics; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 

 

Experience using knowledge management platforms, technologies.

 

Experience with change management and leading teams through the adoption of new approaches.

 

Work experience related to specific department or business unit function preferred.

 

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent facilitation skills.  Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to effectively present information.

 

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Spreadsheet skill set to include advanced functions such as graphics, pivot tables, macros and database management required.  Experience with Teams.
