Job Description
  • Assist in all aspects of supervision of building services works on site within the contracts and the maintenance of site records;
  • Assist in the monitoring of labour resources, progress, materials and equipment used on site;
  • Assist in the checking of site measurements of building services works and payments claimed by contractors;
  • Assist in the site survey of existing building services installations during the construction stage, including submission of proposals for additional, alteration or repair works;
  • Assist in the inspection of testing and commissioning of building services installations;
  • Assist in the checking of building services operation and maintenance manuals and as-fitted drawings submitted by various contractors;
  • Carry out all such other duties as directed by the Building Services Engineer

Requirements:
  • Certificate in Building Services Engineering or equivalent;
  • 3 - 8 years' relevant experience in building maintenance, A&A works and renovation works in Hong Kong
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese;
  • Independent, analytical, self-motivated, well-organized and able to work under pressure.
