JOB SUMMARY 

Reporting and analysis to COMPANY and CONTRACTOR stakeholders to improve the speed and effectiveness of RE strategic decisions, getting the best outcomes for COMPANY. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Report and analyze contractual and performance information on the existing portfolio assets, lease expiry/break option profiles 
• Passing rent comparison against market 
• Site market value/existing use value comparison against high alternate value 
• Non-rent property cost analysis and comparison with market 
• Performance review on a site level 
• Work with LEAD CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR’S research team to provide real estate market trend analysis to support analytics at a macro (Country) and micro (Regional) level
• Land/property value trends, historic and forecasted Rental value trends, historic and forecasted Factors impacting value/cost movement including demand and supply analysis 
• Support macro-economic insight (accounting, political, taxation, planning, policy, environmental etc) that may impact the existing real estate portfolio, or future approach to acquisitions, disposals or lease management 

QUALIFICATIONS

• BA / BS - background in real estate and/or other applicable and related field 
• 2 -3+ years of related experience in Real Estate 
• Superior knowledge and expertise in working with large amount of data 
• Resourceful research capabilities; strong analytical and quantitative skills 
• Willing to work on a 5-day weekly schedule 
• Willing to be assigned in Makati City
