Full time (37.5 hours per week )
Located in Docklands, Melbourne

The successful candidate will deliver high calibre facilities maintenance services within a commercial environment. Responding speedily to fault/breakdown requests, efficiently undertaking routine daily checks and overseeing scheduled maintenance of plant or equipment are of paramount importance. 

Here’s what you'll focus on:
  • Manage inspections, handle day-to-day repairs and maintenance, respond to emergencies and execute preventative maintenance
  • Oversee site operations to ensure uninterrupted property services, collaborate with teams for optimal work schedules
  • Maintain building operations for efficient asset management
  • Assist the management, liaise with tenants, provide superior customer service 
  • Work as a part of an experienced Facilities Management Team and deliver exceptional results.
  • Occasionally supervise contractor on weekends

Our ideal person:
  • Facilities Management experience with a strong focus on commercial assets
  • Familiar with office equipment maintenance (UPS, HVAC, electrical boards etc)
  • Experience within compliance, sustainability and strong knowledge of Fire, Mechanical and Electrical Services
  • Trade experience/qualification highly desirable
  • Contractor management experience in commercial or industrial building environments.
  • Proven capabilities in managing Capex and operating expenditure budgets
  • Effectively manage several functions and projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office
