Global Workspace Solutions, also known as GWS, develop individualised facilities management success plans for each of our clients. This role is part of the GWS Enterprise Accounts team. 

Here's a snapshot of your day:

As the Senior Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for the client’s buildings and ensure a smooth coverage of technical expertise across the Sydney premises. Managing the facilities team on site, you will ensure best in class FM services including PPM, incident response, change management, projects and reporting. 

The Senior Facilities Manager will act as a central point for the client on all matters relating to the sites and will be available on call to responds to critical issues and supporting the engineering team where required. You will ensure regulatory and statutory compliance is maintained, that documents are in accordance with CBRE systems and the clients’ requirements. As a lead, you will ensure that the Facilities Managers are consistent approach across all ANZ regional sites. You will monitor, review and ensure 

Using your credible knowledge of the facilities industry, you will build strong customer relationships, provide leadership for the team and ensure CBRE and client expectations are met.  With qualifications in real estate, property or a relatable industry, you will bring with you local market knowledge and demonstrable ability to build connections with prospective clients quickly.
