The EMEA Workplace Experience Programme Manager manages the development and implementation of Host’s workplace experience programme at Coca Cola to increase individual well-being, personal productivity, and organisational effectiveness.

In this role, you will design, innovate, validate, and manage implementation of the Workplace Experience Programme with the goal of ensuring that the programme aligns with both client needs and company objectives.

You will be responsible for coordinating the roll-out and ongoing management and audit of the Experience services playbooks and training materials across all countries in scope.

You will have a minimum of three years’ experience in a similar role working across multiple countries, and will be able to demonstrate proven ability to work across different cultures.

In conjunction with TCCC Workplace team (globally and regionally), develops or advises in development of resources and materials needed to facilitate change management and the transformation of the workplace services programme.

Oversees the roll-out of the Host playbook across all countries where Workplace Experience is in scope. Reviews and validates completion and customization of all playbook resources. Introduces audit programme to ensure documentation is updated on a regular basis.

  • Creates resource guides and training materials to for programme implementation.
  • Oversees the roll-out of the Host training programme across all countries where Workplace Experience is in scope.
  • Issues communication around training as necessary. Develops ongoing training programme for all Workplace staff and monitors completion.
  • Oversees completion of annual refresher training and Host certification for all Workplace team members.
  • Develops communication plan for Workplace team, including delivery of short training sessions and sharing of best practice.
  • Develops and implements key performance indicators, rhythm of business calendar, and methodology for performance management and continuous improvement at TCCC
  • Ensures all TCCC Workplace personnel have access to the Host community site and SharePoint site, and are using the available resources on a regular basis.
  • Remains informed about developments within the Hospitality Experience industry, and networks with in- company subject matter experts to bring world class solutions.
  • Provides feedback to the Host Product platform to continue to evolve the services on offer.
  • Collaborates with company and client IT teams to assess of technology, training needs and implementation of programme(s), training and tools for Experience Service teams and clients.
  • Establishes the required data and analytics needed to develop, implement and validate Experience Services programmes.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • May provide formal supervision to individual employees within single functional or operational area.
  • Manages recruitment of Workplace team across EMEA, recommends corrective action and improvement plans as required.
  • Prepares and delivers performance appraisal for any direct reports and works with FM team to influence performance review process for non-direct reports.
  • Mentors and coaches team members to further develop competencies.
  • Leads by example and models behaviors that are consistent with the company's values.

Education and Experience

  • BA/BSc degree in a related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years’ experience (minimum 3) prior experience in a related field required.
  • Experience of working across multiple countries and cultures essential
  • Prior managerial experience essential.
  • Illustrated experience in planning and delivering programmed activities required.

Other Skills and/or Abilities

  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneNote, Outlook, etc.
  • Comfortable with and embracing of new technologies and digital tools; such as Apps, databases, financial management, work order management, social networking, cloud technologies, handheld mobile technologies and applications, and communications.
  • A genuine interest in in anticipating and serving the needs of others.
  • Ability to work flexible work schedules based on office needs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills. Highly adaptable and flexible. Ability to work independently with little supervision.
