Sr Business Analyst

Business Line: Property Management

Reports To: Business Analytics Manager (Property Management – Global Operations) 

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a data analyst to join the Global Transformation team within Property Management. We are looking for someone with a keen eye for detail and interest in applying their findings to real problems. By uncovering patterns in our vast array of real estate data you will develop a deep understanding of the business to then implement and deliver value to our clients.

To be successful in this role must have a passion for learning and problem solving. While no property experience is required, an entrepreneurial and business-focused mindset will elevate your application.

Responsibilities:

• Turning data into meaningful business insights by answering questions relating to the day-to-day operations of the property management business unit
• Exploring large existing data stores to discover insights
• Data transformation and modelling to feed automated reports
• Working with the data visualisation team to communicate insights to business stakeholders
• Assist in creating and maintenance of a data analytics ecosystem
• Opportunities to conceive, work on and pitch innovative data strategies for deployment across large property portfolios
