This position will provide key technical leadership and execution for the Global Listings product development team. This role is responsible to work in partnership with the Global Listings product manager and scrum master to ensure product features are understood, developed, and delivered.

The individual will serve as a Senior Software Developer, fostering the delivery of world-class product solutions to deliver the highest value to the business.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Develops Single Web Page Applications using modern frameworks like Angular, React/Vue and applies different techniques like Lazy Loading, Routing, Reactive Forms, Service Workers & Progressive Web Apps (PWA).
Maintains and enhances existing components of the highest complexity
Create custom solutions for business use cases defined by acceptance criteria
Performs root cause analysis when implementing bug fixes
Experience working in Scrum model
Performs and oversees the evaluation and use of new versions of related tools and technologies.
Create RFC’s and work in a Scrum Team to implement best design patterns

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Web API
Azure DevOps build and release pipelines
Azure Cloud development
Git
NodeJS
React 14 or above (React Redux experience preferred)
Experience with hosting providers such as Cloudflare or similar
PostgreSQL
Elasticsearch
Page caching services such as Prerender.io or similar

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain complex technical topics to a variety of technical or non-technical individuals.

Strong organizational and analytical skills. Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to clients and internal customers.

Ability to effectively present information at all levels of the organization.

Ability to interact and communicate with various technology roles including development, support, product management and systems administration.

Strong ability and desire to learn new technologies and stay current on trends for software development and product business needs.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in a related field such as information systems, mathematics or computer science or equivalent work experience.


Requires technical expertise in multiple disciplines/process with 6 or more years of relevant work experience.
