The purpose of this position is to provide support to project manage operations, finance and administration, and management for projects from inception through completion. Also responsible for ensuring the Real Estate Team (Project and Transaction Management) makes better decisions through collection and usage of data.  Ability to collect, analyze, manipulate, and report on Asia Portfolio data.

Provide support to the Project Management (PjM) Team from inception through completion:
  • Project setup & facilitate funding requests
  • Produce training documentation and onboard teams on the use of systems and key Project processes
  • Process administrative requests such as Travel, Calendaring, System access and Onboarding
  • Facilitate contract execution process
  • Monthly Cashflow Forecast analysis and accruals
  • Prepare capital expenditure budgets and forecasts
  • Coordinate and manage project close out processes including Project budget benchmarking analysis and PjM files audit
Database System administrator / manager of PjM software. This would include compliance management, database update and periodic system update. Connecting data within existing systems to existing Data Analytics tool and regular reporting
  • Integrity checks and updates for portfolio planning and finance forecast
  • Incorporates data from multiple sources to generate monthly reports and presentations to client, ensuring accuracy and data integrity in reporting for PjM and Transaction Management teams
  • Performs ad-hoc, strategic analysis of structured and unstructured data across multiple data sources, reflecting Asia real estate markets and the operations of real estate assets
  • Develops data structures and pipelines to organize, collect, cleanse, and standardize data in order to generate insights and addresses reporting needs
  • Utilizes programming and analytical tools to formulate models and/or extract insights. Well versed in knowledge of creating algorithms, identifying patterns and insights from structured and unstructured data sets utilizing graphs, trees and/or other data representation techniques as required
  • Identifies and troubleshoots data integration and integrity issues in cooperation with the appropriate teams; Designs work flows and procedures.
  • Maintain and update regular reports in place

3 years or more experience in project-administrative, database management and data visualization related work, capital forecasting and/or performance reporting experience or any similar combination of education and experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.
Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and/or commissions. Conducts basic financial analysis.
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.
Intermediate to advanced skills with project management software, data analytics tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
