Role: Data Centre M&E Team Lead

Location: London, United Kingdom

Responsibilities:

  • Support the ESM / CSM in all areas as required below or directed accordingly.
  • Be responsible for the day to day running of the contract requirements and organising     the site team in order to meet the contractual agreement.
  • Issue, progression and completion of PPM in landlord and tenants areas.
  • Maintain records appertaining to the Concept PPM system, schedule, and filing.
  • Quotations and delivery of repairs to landlords and tenant areas that require SMH site labour and materials. Including those originating from breakdown sheets.
  • Recording and completion of reactive calls via Concept utilising the house team.
  • Supervise the day to day house shift and day team performance.
  • Be proactive with regard to preventative maintenance and extra works.
  • Ensure correct and timely completion, authorisation, and posting of timesheets
  • Organise holiday and sickness cover for shift and day team
  • Operate SMH QA procedures & maintain clear and legible records
  • Utilise skills of administrators to assist with record keeping etc
  • Maintain accurate records of works done and expenditure, using this information to report to the ESM / CSM on a monthly basis.
  • Ownership of energy / meter reading spreadsheets for presentation to client
  • Ensure site team take ownership of housekeeping duties.
  • Deputise for ESM or CSM during holiday and sickness periods, attending meetings, raising orders as required or directed.
  • Responsible for Apprentice day to day work activities
  • Provide clear written incident reports.
  • Demonstrate ability to give clear instructions to delegates and police accordingly

Lines of communication and report:

·       Reporting to Contract Manager

·       Shift team reports to the Shift Lead

·       Close working with Day Shift Supervisor and Day Shift

·       Attendance at any team meetings as required
