Salesforce – Senior Digital & Technology Manager 


We’re looking for a fun and dynamic individual looking to work for the largest commercial real estate company in the world. This candidate will lead Salesforce software engineering team to design, build, integrate, deploy and support Salesforce technology solutions to differentiate our offerings across all lines of business and regions. The candidate must have significant experience building Salesforce technology solutions, possess strong communication skills, ability to rapidly learn the commercial real estate industry and drive technology capabilities that disproportionately create leverage for our business.  



·       A proven track record of successfully leading a team of Salesforce professionals (Developers/Administrators), Data Analysts & Business Systems Analysts 

·       Mentor developers and administrators, establish coding standards, quality standards and ensure teams are adhering to the architectural/design input provided by architects 

·       Responsible for the design, development oversight, and implementation of new products and features while efficiently managing all stakeholders 

·       Proven ability to manage resources across geographies 

·       Onboarding of new markets to, following accepted methodologies that include planning, solution design, configuration, validation (UAT) and deployment to meet business requirements. 

·       Resolve all support requests/tickets submitted by users in accordance with agreed business Service Level Agreements. 

·       Drive project backlogs and operations work for the team in support of multiple Product Dev/QA teams in Agile, Scrum and traditional environments. 

·       Establish relationship with to remain current on Salesforce functionality and roadmap. 

·       Manage working relationship with Vendor(s) on “Run” support (Level 1, Level 2) support 


·       Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) 

·       2+ years project leadership experience delivering large scale Salesforce CRM service systems. 

·       6 - 10 years in a hands-on software engineering role 

·       Strong background in Salesforce/CRM technologies 

·       Well versed with Agile development methodologies 

·       Ability to work with an offshore Managed Service Provider for Level 1, Level 2 support. 

·       Some knowledge in the Commercial Real Estate industry is a plus
