The Team

The Business Support Team is leading the way to provide business support requirements to all accounts in Singapore and to implement standardized processes across the board to provide accurate and timely support for business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Finance / Accounting
    • Ensures month-end closing activities are performed accurately and timely
    • Ensure the supported accounts revenue/costs are expected as per Run rates
    • Perform journal reclassification when needed

  • Vendor Management /Procurement admin support
    • Issue CBRE POs to vendor, review quotations on T&Cs
    • Good receipting in systems ensure all costs are billable to clients /tracked in spend
    • Obtain vendors statement of accounts to reconcile the on-site account spend
    • Update service line scope matrix where changes if any
    • Support Accounts on administrative works

§  Accounts Receivable

    • Co-ordinate billing to Clients and send tax invoices to Clients
    • Send Statement of accounts regularly
    • Alert site leads on outstanding invoices due and follow-up on past dues

§  Budget / Forecast

    • Tracking on CBRE Budget ensure risks identified on scope, profitability is met
    • Mitigating risks on meeting plan/forecast

§  Projects based accounting

    • Manage projects billing milestones and costs trading margins
    • Projects reporting and ensure tracking against forecast
    • Mitigating risks on meeting plan/forecast

§  Others

    • Leads rhythm of business with Stakeholders to understand the business requirements
    • Attend Contract reviews and support on-site Team, suggest improvement if any

  • Audits
    • Filing of all necessary documentation for audits
    • Support in Audit
    • Support ad-hocs project requests where necessary
