Your responsibilities
Production of the monthly Client EMEA contract management accounts, for review with the Financial Account Lead and corporate month end close for countries in scope

Managing contract invoicing and drive prompt invoicing of completed works

Support delivery of forecasts and annual budgets for review with Finance Lead / Account Lead, applying post review adjustments as required

Support the Financial Account Lead in managing aged debt, and TWC management

Production of monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliations for serviced Countries, scope related accounts only

Provide ad-hoc support and financial analysis to Financial Account Lead, as required

Our requirements
Very good English skills (daily communication in English. Please encolse CV in Eng.)

Willingness to grow and develop within the finance structure

General knowledge of Financial systems used in CBRE (Dynamics, Oracle, iScala, Peoplesoft preferred)

Excellent PC and Microsoft Office skills

Multi-task on projects to meet deadlines, attention to detail
