CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a Contract Manager working as a part of the CBRE account team based in Tadworth, Surrey. 
You will provide leadership, management, and development of a defined contract, ensuring strategic, compliance, employee, customer, financial, and operational commitments are not only met, but exceeded. 
Furthermore you will work in partnership with the Customers FM team to drive all Facilities Management strategies and service delivery solutions. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership, and that contractual commitments are met and exceeded.
  • Ensure that opportunities for the strategic development of the contract are exploited, to deliver increased turnover, ensure additional services and projects are added, and contracts are re-won on re-tender. 
  • Ensuring business policies and processes are effectively communicated, and implemented within the contract. 
  • Ensure the provision of healthy and safe working conditions and that both customers and Company health and safety policy and process are effectively implemented across both CBRE and subcontractors activities, and are regularly reviewed.
  • Ensure an optimum staffing structure operates across the contract, balancing cost reduction with the delivery of service excellence. Ensure structure support peaks and troughs in workload, and disaster recovery.
  • Ensure the contract are staffed by fully competent teams, ensuring post holders are fully competent, and that effective succession planning arrangements are in place.
  • Working with other Operational managers to ensure the collaborative development of the business, effective teamworking, and support to colleagues. 
  • Development of contract financial plans for revenue and profit delivery, reduction of WIP, debt, cost reduction and contract growth, and ensure that these are met and exceeded.
  • Ensure appropriate control systems to ensure statutory, policy and contractual commitments are met.
  • Ensuring a customer focus within all areas of operational activities, and that effective relationships are maintained with key customer contacts.
  • Provision of leadership and guidance, advice, coaching and direct support, where required to deliver best practice selection, training, assessment and recognition/reward. 
  • Delivering effective business communication through advice, review, leadership and direct contribution to management and team meetings, briefings, consultation forums, correspondence, publicity, monthly and ad-hoc reporting and other publications, as appropriate. 
  • Provide a learning environment, and all appropriate training and development planning. Ensure basic training needs are delivered, employees are fully competent to undertake their roles, and can reach their full future potential. 
  • Represent the customer with the landlord (may include negotiation, problem solving, routine meetings)
  • Assist in the implementation of the customers employee experience/user program to shape the next generation workplace by improving and simplifying workplace experiences for all employees
  • Adhere to and manage operational risk management standards
  • Ensure compliance with customer, Corporate Security and EHS facility policies as well as any local regulatory requirements. 
  • Assure response to emergencies, supporting business continuity and disaster recovery. Liaise with both internal and customer Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) and Security Crisis Management (SCM) functional leads ensuring IFM delivery.
  • Support customer workplace transformation initiatives with focus on employee satisfaction. 

  • Strong and proven change management skills
  • Excellent leadership skills to effectively manage the site
  • Experience in supplier relationship & contract performance management.
  • Experience in property management and space management
  • KPIs measurement
  • EHS management and delivery 
  • Excellent problem solving and analysis skills, experience in developing strategic FM solutions
