The administrative coordinator is responsible to support the service delivery manager (“SDM”) who is responsible for the overall delivery and performance of the Services and Deliverables under the Agreement. The administrative coordinator will also support certain administrative responsibilities which are in additional the responsibilities of the SDM as described below.

  • Perform and manage Meta’s on and off boarding for Vendor Personnel and provide administrative support in relation to ongoing Services and Deliverables and inform/support implementation of new/updated policies as required. 
  • Ensure Vendor Personnel are registered and work under the right agreements and that the reporting structure within the Meta system aligns with those laid forth under the Agreement. 
  • Perform access management of Vendor Personnel. This will include maintaining an active/inactive Vendor Personnel log store in a location determined by the Meta team. Access management support will also include review and update of the access permissions in the quarterly access process. 
  • Perform badging/provisioning management utilising the systems/software provided by Meta.
  • Assist in and ensure Vendor Personnel are in compliance with Meta policies. 
  • Track and ensure training compliance with all Meta required training and industry standard training for Vendor Personnel. 
  • Ensure scope related training requirements. Additional requirements relating to environmental, health and safety or local jurisdictions may be applicable. 
  • Manage and track to ensure requirements add in policy/Vendor trainings section are fulfilled. 
  • Assists and ensures payroll and timecards preparations are done on time and that respective lead role has signed off the imputed hours and comments. 
  • 3+ years of documented relevant experience. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills required. 
  • Experience in coordination of training and policy guidelines is preferred. 
  • Proficiency with MS package (MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
