We are looking for a person with accounting experience to fill the position of:

Junior Finance Analyst

Job Summary:

Working within our EMEA accounting team you will be responsible for reporting and overall co-ordination of the accounting services delivery to Facilities Management Clients within EMEA. The Junior Finance Analyst will be working closely with other team members located across EMEA. The role will be based in our Global Business Services  centre in Warsaw, Poland.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Ensure finance procedures are up-to-date

·       Create monthly billing templates and checklists

·       Prepare monthly client variance reports

·       Complete monthly accruals analysis

·       Complete VAT and funding reconciliations

·       Support annual  client budget process

·       Provide ad-hoc reporting and financial analysis as requested by Business Unit or Business/Finance.

·       Support in ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as required

·       Cooperating with Lead Contract Support to support delivery of high quality financial performance to influence P&L result to include

o   Management of  processes and make recommendations to influence financial KPIs

o   Track statistical data with comparisons to targets

o   Review open purchase orders to drive closure in a timely fashion as per KP

·       Support in Financial ERP system transition

·       Support high quality commercial performance through understanding the contractual commitments, better buying and use of preferred suppliers

·       Prepare Contract Review reports where necessary

·       Build trusted relationships with finance and operations teams

·       Co-ordination of the billing application, raising invoices and submitting to client, inclusive of billing schedules and checklist

·       Support acquisition of supplier quotes and uploading onto the internal system for client approval

·       Creation of Purchase Orders across Maintenance, Reactive and Projects

·       Invoice pool monitoring of supplier invoices and resolving any queries

Requirements:

·       University degree in finance area (Finance, Economics, Accounting or similar preferred)

·       Very good English both oral and written is a must

·       Finance and accounting experience required

·       Very good Excel data manipulation skills

·       Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

·       Analytical, planning and problem-solving skills

·       Ability to work alone as well as part of a team

·       Ability to remain focused in changing environment, multitask, prioritise and work to key

Deadlines

·       Some knowledge of Oracle/SAP/iScala/MS Dynamics would be an advantage
